So… you love festivals, but also don’t mind a bit of graft?
Perfect. We’re on the lookout for fun, energetic, good-vibes-only humans to volunteer as part of the Sherpas crew.
You bring the energy—we’ll bring the chaos (the good kind).
In short: you make festival life easier for everyone else. In reality, it’s equal parts heroic and brilliant.
Helping festival-goers shift their camping gear from car parks to campsites. You’ll be everyone’s favourite person of the day.
Helping pitch tents — yes, even the confusing ones. You’ll master the art of the peg and the guy rope.
Pulling trolleys and driving our e-carts. Full training included, no licence needed — just common sense and good vibes.
When the music’s over, you’ll help pack everything down and send everyone home smiling.
Spot someone struggling with their bags? That’s your moment. Swoop in, job done, instant hero status.
Let’s be straight with you — this isn’t lying in a deckchair with a can. But it’s far from a chore.
There’s a fair bit of heavy lifting involved and you’ll rack up some serious steps. Think of it as a festival workout.
You’re good with people. You like a natter. You’ll make strangers feel instantly at ease. Natural charm, basically.
No ghosting mid-shift. We need people who show up, do the thing, and can be counted on. That’s you, right?
Happy working outdoors whatever the weather decides to do — British summer included. Layers are your friend.

Here’s exactly what you’re signing up for — no surprises, all good stuff.
Shifts usually run 8am – 2pm. Times might flex depending on festival madness, but nothing ridiculous.
Once you’re done, you are off duty. Go enjoy the festival. That’s the whole point.
Your festival ticket is included. You’re in. Free. For doing something genuinely worthwhile.
Oh, quite a lot actually. Here’s what the Sherpas crew gets in return for being absolutely mint.
Your ticket is on us. Just show up, do your shifts, and the whole festival is yours to enjoy.
You’ll camp in the traders’ area — which means actual showers and proper loos. You’re welcome.
The Sherpas are a proper crew. Good people, good vibes, and the kind of camaraderie you only get at festivals.
We’ll train you on everything — including the e-carts. Honestly, driving those things is half the fun.
A few practical things to know before you apply. Nothing scary, we promise.
Bring your own camping gear. We’ve got the showers and loos sorted — you just need to bring your tent and sleeping bag.
Travel is on you. You’ll need to sort your own way to and from the festival. Carpool — it’s more fun.
16+ only. Under 18s are very welcome, but must be accompanied by a participating adult. Family affair.
You’re covered. Full insurance is in place for you while you’re working your shifts. All sorted.
There’s a small deposit to secure your spot — and you get it straight back once you’ve smashed all your shifts. That’s it. Easy as that.
